Corey Hanes is the best service representative I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, in any industry, in any capacity. He constantly kept me in the loop every step of the way, from intake processing, through paperwork and status updates, through out-processing, to delivery. Even though USAA specified parts using their Quality Replacement Parts Program, Corey was able to locate OEM parts and still stay satisfy USAA.
