I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair. The body and paint work looks excellent, the panels are well aligned, and the vehicle looks great after the repair. Overall, I am very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the finished repair.

Vicki was outstanding throughout the entire repair process. She consistently kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, reached out with updates when promised, and was always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Dealing with an accident, insurance approvals, supplements, and the repair process can be stressful, but Vicki made the experience significantly easier by keeping communication clear and making sure I understood where things stood. I especially appreciated that she continued providing updates even when there wasn't anything new to report, rather than leaving me wondering about the status of the repair. Her professionalism, communication, and customer service were exceptional from beginning to end. I would absolutely give Vicki a 10/10 and would recommend World Toyota Collision Center based on my experience working with her.
