He communicated with the ins contact about the releases and that they would be signed once the car had been repaired. I felt he had my back to make sure everything would go smoothly. I also think that Steven and Christine work well as a team as she knew just what to do in his absence to make sure that I would get my car on schedule. That she was able to work with the ins company to get them to send the payment directly to Lokey so that I could get my car was a huge relief of stress."
