I pointed out the scratches to Wayman Furst (sp?), who took the car and buffed out the scratches. There was also a scratch on the other side that was probably not caused by the accident. He took care of those too. So for an extra 20 minute wait my car's exterior was perfect! And they cleaned the car so well it looks brand new. The crew exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied!"
