I had followed up on an email but just wanted to follow up here as well. The back of the car looks great and everything looks new, but it appears to be much wider and brighter than the passenger side rear panel. I thought that adjacent panels were blended to match any new paint, but it appears that this one was not. Please give me a call to sort out.

Repair itself was good, customer status update, on-time delivery, condition of interior (muddy in trunk, muddy footprints in cabin) were sub-par

About the worst customer service you can get. No proactive support. Could never get the project lead on the phone on first try, always 2-4 hours later (or next day) before you could get an answer. Promised for 2-3 weeks, actually had my vehicle for 6 weeks. Large part was due to parts availability, but the lack of scheduling of a tow truck, the lack of scheduling the sensor programming team in advance, the lack of updates when failed to meet the original date (promised 4/17, after multiple delays), then missed on 4/20, then again on 4/21 and finally received on 4/24. 3D is *NOT* a customer focused organization in Conshohocken. I believe Royersford is better but they didn't do the work.
