Run in the paint on the grill second time I picked it up first time dust in the paint they corrected that but after two days later they said they went over the truck and it’s better then new but grill has run marks in it don’t no how they could not see this because I noticed it right away and they should have a trained eye I would think and there looking at it under different lights communication was good but job not so good

I had to pick vehicle up twice, and the first time I went to pick it up, there were runs in the paint on grill, and they had painted over dust on the hood and both side fenders. They called me two days later and said they worked on vehicle, and it was better than new. I went back up to pick up the truck, and they took care of the dust they painted over but never touched grill. They charged almost $10,000 for the job which I think is way too much. We had good communication and very friendly, but the job itself wasn’t good. I would not go back. Also, the hood needs to be adjusted on passenger side because it is a little higher than the driver side due to rubber gasket being squeezed out.

I received exceptional service. This is the place to go when in an accident. They provided excellent service from the time you walk in until you pick up your vehicle. The job was 100% complete and to my satisfaction. They done an awesome job. It doesn’t look like it was in an accident.

Amazing service. I will solely use only 3D collision for any future repairs from now on. They did an amazing job to the exterior and even fully detailed the inside of my vehicle ( which I felt bad for since it was a total mess when I dropped it off lol).
