3d did a good job on my car however they kept my car for 5 days for a dent caused by a golf ball. They also replaced the plastic roof strips with ugly strips which had these tabs for a roof rack. When I pointed it out saying I didn't like them, they immediately called Mazda and ordered the correct strips. But this did require another trip back for the install which only took a few minutes. I also noticed a fingernail sized nick in the new roof which Harrison offered to fix which would require yet another day in the shop. I haven't decided if it's worth the trouble yet. Other than those things the staff was pleasant and helpful and the dent came out nicely.
