I give an 8 because. Laura at the desk was pleasant, but seemed rude to co-worker, while she continued a personal conversation. I've been to 3D and former woman at desk was more professional.

We have used the 3D in Oxford on numerous occasions and have always been extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and also the courteous employees.I grew up with a brothere who is in the business and they would be the ONLY two places I would feel comfortable having my car worked on other than my regular mechanical repairs.
