My only disappointment was how filthy the inside of my car came back. You all did great work, kept me informed and had a fast turn around but the layer of dirt throughout the interior is very disappointing.

3D completely exceeded my expectations. They stayed in touch with me via phone and text during the repair process, which was so great. My truck was fixed 4 days earlier than quoted. Not only was the actual repair job flawless, they even cleaned my truck inside and out so that it was just like new when I picked it up. Even though it was so upsetting that my vehicle was damaged in an act of vandalism, 3D made up for the horrible experience and turned the situation around! Thank you!

Quarter panel is not flush with bumper. Interior appears to have been wiped down with a paint rag. There is a white film throughout the interior of the car. Tow hitch was apparently removed or loosened and now rattles.

Status updates I requested consisted of cute auto-generated blurbs like "your car is happy". This is both stupid and conveys no useful information. Worst of all, they lied to me regarding how the vehicle was to be repaired and how long it would take. I was eager to get the car back, but found out that it was done when the insurance company called to tell me they would no longer pay for my rental because the car was finished.

i asked if rear ended car could cause more damage than just body work. I was told no. I looked up online and talked to other mechanics and that is not true. my car now has engine light on and driving rough. I have never had any problems with my car before this accident. you also left my lights on and I don't have daylights so this was draining my battery
