Customer service ( jen and kristi) were incredibly warm and knowledgeable. They both kept me informed through the process. And made me feel valued every step of the way. John the color/ paint coordinator did a flawless job . The paint match process was over and above what we hoped for and we appreciated it! Frank the body man was second to no other his attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations our car is as good as new. We HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision

I rated this a 5 because although they did an excellent repair/repaint job the problem came when I tried to pay my deductible of $250.00 which ended up being $500 because the employee who checked me out did't pay attention to what was written on the check or the final invoice and scanned my check for $500 in the ACH system. When brought to her attention she admitted not paying attention but also stated she didn't know how to correct the overcharge on the ACH system. She reached out to someone at another location but they too were unaware how to reduce the payment to the actual amount due of $250.00 but stated they would reach out after they did some research but it would take approximately 30 days. I left the shop, contacted Wells Fargo and filed a dispute for fraud for the $500. Within 2 days Wells Fargo returned the $500 to me and I returned to the shop on the next business day to pay the correct the deductible of $250. Reading this you can assume I would have been left hanging for about 4 weeks when they could have done what I did, reach out directly to the bank (they also use Wells Fargo) and not leave me hanging for 30 days. I recommend them for their repair/repaint however be sure the person checking you out knows what they are doing.
