Communication started off great, and then became almost non existent later on. It took 37 days to complete. And when I got the car home and had light to see it, the bumper is not installed flush. Needless to say, I'm a little ticked off.

Everyone was very nice but my car had a minor dent and if I would have known that my eval said 2 days but it took 15 days, I would have waited til after the holidays.

My car was 2 days late due to parts not being available. I do not understand why? Pictures were taken and an appointment booked a month in advance of my car being dropped off!!! Rentals are not cheap!!!
