I would be a little more hesitant to recommend shop after this part experience. Previous experience with shop went well but this last experience wasn’t as good.

There seemed to be a few areas where the paint lines could have been cleaner on the driver side door. Door handle looks as though there is chipped paint which I don’t recall being there previously. One small piece of trim by lower fender area seemed to be not fully clipped installed. Might be missing retention clip have to investigate further.

Communication was delayed. Mechanical parts issue was missed upfront delaying delivery an extra week. Had to call for updates regularly.

There is a part in my passenger floor. Car was not ready when quoted costing me 2 days of rental. Bill was also $1,000 more than estimated.

The completion was well ahead of schedule and I was updated on the progress. Scheduling was not easy but it was probably one off due to team coming out off of winter busy season since everywhere else experienced dates available going out weeks. I would definitely use again. Thanks!!!
