Simple oversight but a big shop like this isn't checking the cars rolling out the door as done? Got the call a week and a half later that the car was done again, come to check it out and the hood didn't latch properly. Small fix they had to adjust a few things but man, come on. Are your body and paint guys overworked or your managers underworked?"
