Car literally sat for 8 days no work done or evaluated, had to call REPEATEFLY OVER AND OVER to get anyone to look at the problem. Communication is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would absolutely recommend AW to friends and family. Their team was professional, courteous, and supportive throughout the process—although I sincerely hope neither I, nor anyone I know, needs collision-repair services again anytime soon.

The team at AW was quick, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. They gave me an early heads-up that my vehicle likely had more damage than the insurance company’s initial estimate reflected and that it might ultimately be declared a total loss. Although that was difficult news, their honesty helped mentally prepare me for the possibility and gave me time to research the next steps, understand the valuation process, and advocate for a fair settlement. I truly appreciated their professionalism and straightforward communication.
