They had tried for 4 days to get in touch with our Insurance company to get things moving. My check engine light decide to show itself after picking it up. I called them right away, which was close to their closing of the day and they willingly waited for me to return to see what the cause was, figured it out at took care of it! Nothing like having a good local reliable business worth supporting! And, my car was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off to be repaired! Definitely would not hesitate to go back!"

Heritage Collision Ann Arbor LLC
6550 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor(734) 327-75006550 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103"Good people, good work, attentive, communicative, friendly. My ONLY advice, and I give this half-jokingly as I was out of a car for nearly a month, is I would rather have been told that the repairs would take a year and be happy to have it back in a month than what was kind of a weekly, "We'll get the part tomorrow and should be available for pick-up." I appreciate that it's a Rivian and complicated and delivery of parts was out of Heritage's control though."
