Respectful of my concerns regarding the repairs. Explained the whole process and genuinely a very pleasant person with whom to work. Caliber business is very organized and also the receptionist very friendly and helpful. Also the office is clean. To me that says a lot for a repair shop. It’s a first impression to me.
