    "On my initial visit to the Dealership, it took me going to 3 buildings until I got to the body shop office. I would suggest a sign that says Body Shop entrance. (But that's just me.) The initial proposal listed multiple aftermarket parts on my 9 month old vehicle. I was reassured they would not use aftermarket parts on a vehicle this new when I questioned them. All contact with Conklin personnel was pleasant. Initial aesthetics of the repair are very good. Thanks"
