500 S Morrison Blvd, Hammond(985) 543-0059500 S Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70403"Lady at the front needs to work on her communication. She told me I needed to pay my deductible, I told her the insurance company waived me paying it and had sent payment over on Thursday. She said the insurance company would reach out. I asked how to handle it since they had sent payment over. She never responded with anything else. She proceeded to look in the computer, write some notes, look in a different computer and then eventually gave me my receipt. She never acknowledged receiving the payment or saying everything was good. My receipt actually still shows payment is due from me. No communication was odd. She seemed irritated at that point."

1500 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond(985) 345-15901500 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401"Such an amazing experience! My son's vehicle was hit early morning on LSU campus at his apartment at Nicholson Gateway. After being contacted by my son and LSU PD regarding the accident, I contacted State Farm regarding the claim. I set up an appointment with a Baton Rouge dealership, and I was scheduled for an 7am appointment 2 days later to bring in the vehicle. I made the 6 hour drive to Louisiana during the early morning so that I could have the vehicle at the dealership on time for 7am (the vehicle is in my name). When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't see that I had an appointment. They said that they saw the insurance claim in the system, but that someone failed to schedule the appointment. When I explained that I had just driven 6 hours for this appointment, I was informed that the soonest they could "fit" me in, was "in 3 weeks". I literally had to laugh and walk off"

In that time, I have never been disappointed with any repairs completed by Eastside and don’t expect that to change. While collecting paperwork before leaving the shop, it was reiterated to me that you all stand by your work and to let you know if I have any problems. I remain confident that Eastside will always get it done or make it right."
