The only issue is my son gave them his contact information when dropping off the truck, but the communication kept coming to me. The vehicle wasn't ready after we were told to come pick it up and my husband had to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle. We ended up taking delivery without having it cleaned."

They did a fantastic job repairing my car, and the customer service was outstanding. Gerber Collision & Glass - Cypress/Highway 290
25440 Hwy 290, Cypress(281) 373-500025440 Hwy 290, Cypress, TX 77429"I was very pleased with the repairs, the communication throughout the process as well as the customer service however I noticed that my driver panel buttons were broken and I couldn't let my windows ( front ) from the control. It wasn't broken when I brought my vehicle in ....... My advice is either repair what was broken or fix it. It's disappointing and unprofessional when people know what they did and didn't inform the customer. In the future please 🙏🏼 take care of customers vehicles as if it were your own. But other than that employees were nice and courteous. Thank You for the repairs and the experience."
