2510 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth(817) 336-22012510 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76107"I had an excellent experience with the entire team at Caliber Collision. I came to them under pretty unusual and stressful circumstances after having all four wheels and tires stolen from my vehicle while I was away from home, and from the beginning, everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and willing to work with my situation. I especially want to recognize Deanna. She was amazing throughout the process. She listened to my concerns, took them seriously, kept me informed, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about getting everything handled correctly. Her communication and willingness to help took a lot of stress out of an already frustrating situation. I also really appreciate everyone else at Caliber who had a hand in getting my vehicle taken care of and back on the road. From the front office to the technicians and everyone behind the scenes, it was clearly a team"

Gas should be replenished if transportation to other locations is needed. Or if car was driving without owner knowledge. Prettier detailing when car is returned would be helpful to avoid customer complaints"

I really appreciate the professionalism as well as keep me up to date with all the progress. I recommend Park Palace Bodywerks to everyone. Like I told Walter, I hope not to see you again at your work because I don’t want any damage to my car but I do consider him an extremely trustworthy friend. And outside of bringing by car in for repairs - I do hope I see you 😊"
