"Honestly- Hailee at the front desk /on phones was ALWAYS so kind and patient and very professional! I feel like she went out of her way to help me out during a very frustrating situation & and an insurance company that we had to constantly chase down and practically threaten to do what they agreed to do. I never felt like I had a need to worry- she knows her stuff and it was such a pleasure to work with her! Not even one time (in the close to a month my car had to be worked on) was she EVER unreliable or flaky.
