I was very satisfied with the main area that needed to be repaired. My only hesitation is that wen I brought it in for an estimate, the estimator mentioned the team would buff out some smaller marks around a few other sides of the car. I had wanted to also get those touched up. When we picked up the car, there was only focus on the main panel that had been damaged. I would have liked those other little scratches to get buffed out too as I had originally asked.

I am very pleased with Cascade. The 9 is because I had asked for a quote on some additional damage that I would like to repair and I didn't receive the quote. Granted, I asked for the quote when I picked my car up. I was very pleased with what they repaired and the service was excellent. I would go back to Cascade Collision in a heartbeat.

The estimate they gave me to have my car fixed was higher than the actual price! I was texted as to the progress they were making, which I really appreciated. Honestly- Hailee at the front desk /on phones was ALWAYS so kind and patient and very professional! I feel like she went out of her way to help me out during a very frustrating situation & and an insurance company that we had to constantly chase down and practically threaten to do what they agreed to do. I never felt like I had a need to worry- she knows her stuff and it was such a pleasure to work with her! Not even one time (in the close to a month my car had to be worked on) was she EVER unreliable or flaky. She nearly always answered my calls on the first ring - if she couldn't, she returned my call within an hour. I was genuinely impressed at her thoroughness and cheerful demeanor! Thank you all so so much!!! I hope I never again have to be back- but if I do; I will definitely choose Cascade again 👍

Work was fine and the customer service as well. However I left with my tire having a nail in it. Your workers should be more aware of cleaning around. My tires were fine before taking the car in.
