The 3rd party insurance company recommended their own shops because it was “easier”, but they all were going to use aftermarket parts, which I didn’t want for multiple reasons. Sam was helpful and price matched their quote with OEM parts and transferred the file over, and stayed in contact with the insurance so there was no work on my end. I appreciated that he updated me at each step in the repair process. My vehicle was done earlier than promised by the other collision repair place. I’m very satisfied with the quality and attention to detail they put in to restoring my vehicle and made the process very easy."
