The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. They work with Enterprise, so when I dropped off my vehicle, Enterprise came right over to pick me up and take me to my rental. It was such a smooth and stress-free transition! My Jeep Liberty took about a week to repair, and during that time Gerber kept me updated almost daily on the progress, which I really appreciated. Everyone was amazing, from the front desk staff to Eduardo, who took the time to explain everything they repaired and made sure I understood the work that was done. And OMG—they even washed my car before giving it back! I totally wasn’t expecting that, and it was such a nice surprise. 🥰 Great communication, great customer service, and great work all around. I would definitely recom"
