Our Production Manager, who has 25 plus years experience, closely monitors the repair of your vehicle from finish to start to ensure that level of workmanship is met. Our office manager will ensure that each customer is kept informed of progress so that the customer is aware of when they can expect to get their vehicle returned.

There was a little bit of confusion when scheduling, but the work that was done on my car was outstanding! Love the care and turnaround time it took to repair my baby! They're hardworking individuals that care about the people, and their reputation. I had an awful fender bender on my brand new dodge challenger 2022. I was thinking about taking my car to the dealership, but they made my car look brand new after 2 weeks! I appreciate the craftsmanship and quality of work they put into my vehicle.

Just wished that they would’ve went with our requests from the beginning and found out a way to make it work sooner, since they were able to actually do it. Just didn’t like being told that we couldn’t have “perfection” even though we were paying for the services.

Paint on affected area looks good but, when you run your fingers across it, it feels rough. Unlike the other side that is unaffected, which feels slick as glass. That’s our only issue. Otherwise everything is very well about the vehicle.

When we first dropped off the vehicle, we stated what we expected out of the service. We had to pry to get what we deserved. For a two month old vehicle, they wanted to put aftermarket parts on it when we clearly stated we wanted OEM or we wouldn’t accept the vehicle. We finally got what we wanted but, it took an additional week of waiting. When it could’ve been handled from the beginning like we asked.
