I was told lies in my car was given to me with a dent on my hood

Took the vehicle. The first time was told eight days to get repaired. I took it on the drop off date the next day they told me Insurance is allowing them to take 15 days to fix the car. They took 15 days the other issue when I went to pick up my car there was a dent on my hood notify the people. They said it wasn’t them but the picture that they took on the day of the drop off showed no dent. That’s when they said that they’ll fix it and it’ll take a day which is hard to believe when you can’t lie to the first time and didn’t even offer a rental for the day to fix the damages that they did
