Brayden the repair tech I dealt with was very professional. He explained the repair process and how long it would take. I was kept informed and updated. Car was ready at the time promised. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly/professional. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an auto repair shop to give 911 a chance. It was a pleasant experience.

The low tire pressure light is still showing when I drive it, it isn’t consistent but it is something I mentioned multiple times and was on the insurance repair. Usually after driving it for a while then parking is when it shows. Other then that everything was amazing and the body is restored nicely. I can tell they painted a grey car next to mine though because there are splatters of grey on my car. Overall 8/10 not all repairs were done, some paint on my car but incredibly nice and thoughtful staff and did a great job with everything else.

Low oil pressure light is still on, that’s a repair I stated needed maintenance it’s not on consistently but still a concern from the accident, grey paint from another car got on mine.BUTTTT super nice and supportive staff I can tell they enjoy their work and they did an amazing job on the body of my car.
