"My car looks like new, and I especially appreciated the updates on the repair progress and the parts status; the service was efficient—thanks."

"Thank you so much to the entire Class Auto Irvine team, especially Corey, for providing such an outstanding experience. Corey was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, particularly when working with the third-party insurance company. He made everything smooth, clear, and stress-free from beginning to end. I also want to thank the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, for warmly welcoming me and introducing me to Corey. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I would also like to thank the team member who kindly gave me a ride to the rental car company. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, he even offered to return the rental car for me himself. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out to me. I also accidentally left my garage door opener at the shop, and he kindly kept it safely at the front desk for me until I was able"

"This is one of the best experiences I have had with a repair shop. Ken went above and beyond to make my experience beyond what i could have imagined. His customer service was beyond exceptional. I hate to admit how frequently I called for updates but he was beyond accommodating each time. Not only does the repair look immaculate but the team took to the time to clean my seats and it was the best surprise to see. I will wholeheartedly recommend Prestige to anyone who needs it. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy with the experience I had."

"I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision, and I especially want to recognize Victor for the outstanding service he provided throughout the entire repair process. Victor was extremely professional, courteous, and timely. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, clearly explained what was happening with my vehicle, and made sure I always knew what to expect. His communication and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The repairs themselves turned out amazing, and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work. Victor and the entire Caliber Collision team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Thank you, Victor, for going above and beyond. Amazing work and a job very well done!"

"The staff that handled our repair were constantly updating us on the repairs and the equipment on our Q8 that needed to be replaced or repaired. They were very polite on the phone and in their facility as well as being efficient and professional."

"Paul was a great help getting my truck fix and back to me early. I know the paint wasn’t easy to match and the rearview mirror was a surprise. He handled everything that pop up professionally and kept me informed. Thank you everyone for your hand work."
