My coordinator was very responsive and kept me informed about the status and progress of the repair. The reason it is 9 out of 10 because, in the beginning, at the vehicle dropoff time, I was informed that that repair estimate would have information about OEM parts as well. I had to specifically ask about the difference in the out-of-pocket charges between aftermarket and OEM products. My coordinator called me right away and explain it in detail which helped me to make right decision

Victor was amazing. I visited several shops prior to selecting Caliber and he was the only one I came across who was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly gave me peace of mind. They are the only Caliber that does European cars and you’ll see a fleet of luxury cars upon arrival so you know they are trusted amongst many. The whole team at Caliber were solid from my first phone call there to the time I picked up my car.
