Customers waiting at feont desk were able to hear. - communication regarding payment: I called the day prior to pick up of vehicle to ask about payment policy and was still unpleasantly surprised I was not informed checks were not accepted. -Day of pick up: Imposing 3 flame candle fragrance at front desk. Candle is placed right on lower counter where customers must approach to iteract with attendant sitting. Fumes and scent rise directly to standing customer's face. -Nurin was always professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and communicated effectively; she answered all my questions. Thank you, Nurin. -Vehicle was returned clean. -Paint job appears seaml"
