I was told more work needs to be done to complete the repairs and I would be contacted in two weeks to come back. Furthermore, I was told the adjuster (may be a different title) determined logos on the model of the car were assumed to be factory and thus, discarded (ford bronco text), which was a huge disappointment to me. I believe they should have known better seeing is they made the decision… That said, I was assured the items I purchased and had added to make the model text “stand out” would be purchased and added back to my vehicle when I have the remainder of the work done when the part comes in. I hope I will receive the call within the time quoted and not have to take the initiative and contact your company myself after that time period. That just seems to be the case when dealing with issues such as this. Bottom line. My car was dropped off July 8 and I got it back in a condition I didn’t leave it in with additional repairs needed that were not up to your companies own standards. This, causing me to return weeks later for more than one issue.

Zoey at the e counter was always helpful abd gracious. The car looked like brand new ( which it just about is). It was leaned inside and out, and for that I am most grateful. Also the fact that I could leave my rental car at CC made a total difference in my day. My car was ready for pick up on the day CC it wiukd be abd even earlier in the day than first relayed to me. Thank you for excellent service.

The tailgate now makes a noise when opening and closing, there are two chipped paint areas that were cause when hit the pole that weren’t painted, and 6 door dings on other areas of the car that weren’t there before

I wasn’t happy with how long it took. It was a bumper repair that took a month. It was a week after drop off in the disassembly phase before I heard it would be another three weeks. There were over 200 miles added to the odometer which I thought was odd. The repair however did look good which I am happy about and do appreciate.
