i liked the folks at this location better than the 5th ave. i last had a vehicle there in 2021ish and didn’t care for the location or front office. seemed like a lot of turmoil at the time

There is no chance I would recommend this shop to anyone. Hopefully they stay in business long enough to get my truck back, and long enough to secure a legal judgement against the shop before they shut their doors.

They don't return calls to me or the shops they sub-out mechanical to. They don't communicate with either insurance company that had an interest in the claim, and they don't send text or emails each week as promised. Two times they told me the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up, only to find out they didn't perform all of the necessary work, including work that was on the original AND subsequent estimates.

Just went in for my side mirror to get replaced. They went above and beyond from getting it done in a timely manner to even cleaning the front of my vehicle (light vacuuming, wiping down littering everything in the front half of the vehicle) they even used a fragrance to have it smelling good too. The job was done perfectly and it’s really the littler things that matter to me too.
