The communication was great via text. Kept me updated on the progress and the status. Everyone was great from the phone calls, front desk and shuttle drivers who were involved in the repair. Kai/Kyle (spelling??), Luke, Connor, and Nelson were all great!! Although the wait time for parts and repair was bit long but bearable- though within the estimated time frame…no real complaint there. Much appreciation to all involved in the repair process!!!!

The service was great, but the repair not being performed to spec is significant.

I'm very grateful for the repairs. For the most part, they were done well. My main concern is with the plastic bumper valance. It has a scuff on the front, and there are tears in the plastic where it meets other internal components.
