From day one, Alex showed me that he would advocate for me on every level. He won my trust when his he and his office personnel were proactive about each of my concerns and called each of the insurance companies on my behalf. They did not pressure me about my time frame concerning worries regarding the covid quarantine issues. But the most important result is how beautiful my car looks now. Not a single sign of damage and all the tiny details from scratches to vacuuming out the interior made my "Muriel" look brand new. My opinion is WOW this is a business to do business with when your car needs body work.
