I Would have scored it a 10 for the the great customer service. I received from lis and the steadiness of the repairs. Unfortunately the automatic windows aren't working correctly and I need to go back to have it looked at. I was told it should be just a simple fix,perhaps a fuse. Overall I was very satisfied with. A&P collision.

The repair of my front bumper was flawless. The color matched well. I was very satisfied with the communication from A&P. They let me know what was going on each step of the way.

The painted front bumper was ever so slightly a darker shade than the original bumper but overall it looks incredible. No one can tell but us. Also, the communication from A& P was phenomenal.

You were very rude and unprofessional. We were told that we may not have to pay the deductible as it could possibly be worked out with the insurance. We had to pay it because we were falsely put at fault. You gave us a lot of attitude and said that maybe we shouldn't get into an accident. It was not our fault and we were not looking for the accident. That was a very ignorant thing to say. A few minor scratches on the bumper were not fixed. The hood also was not fixed as the impact from the crash could have displaced it. The amount you charged was way too high. I don't see how replacing a door, the frame underneath and repairing a few other scratches could cost $4,300. You already collected $3,800 and still wanted another $500. It also took a day longer than stated.

You were very rude and unprofessional. You originally said that we might be able to avoid the deductible. When we picked the car up, Julio changed his attitude completely, was nasty and demanded that we pay it to get the car back. He said maybe we shouldn't get into accidents. It wasn't our fault and we're not looking for accidents. In fact, the other guy was convicted of falsifying accidents. Even if we had to officially pay the deductible, you could have refunded it or at least not make us pay all of it. The charges were way too high and the $3,800 you made before the deductible should have been more than enough. You could have asked to have the hood repair authorized as you agreed that that could have been part of the accident.

I was very pleased with my experience with A& P Collision Center. Everyone I dealt with was informative and professional. I was happy with the work that was done and everything was fondues ahead of time. I would highly recommend A & P Collision Center to anyone looking to get their car fixed.
