The only complaint i have is your communication. Your automated email told us that you were on yarget for the estimated completion of March 8th and said if things changed you would notified us. So when we didn't hearbanything different we were excited to pick up our truck. On the 9th we called to make sure it was truely ready for pock up and found out that you had not even started it. The dissapointment was heavy and the man just said well there are 50 other people in the same situation. Not the best customer service answer. Then he di explain that the parts had not arrived on time so they would get to in probably in the next couple of days. When it was finally done the gentleman told us the first parts were bad so they had to send them back this set the time line back right out of the gate. The final product was good but maybe disable the automated email service or have a person that does update it so that it is accurate.

The communication was excellent - keeping me informed throughout the process but most importantly my car looks fantastic!!! I couldn’t believe how great it looks - they detailed it as well - I could not be happier!!

cosmetic good, functional never fixed

told me my car was.done and closed everything out when in all reality it wasnt and they got lucky i couldnt pick it up tilll following day. i have my car and they only fixed cosmetic and havent fixed the functional issue, which im taking back tomorrow, for them to look and making them fix it right.
