Everyone from the front desk to the project manager were very courteous and professional. Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and I was constantly notified what stage of repair my car was in. They also honored their repair warranty when I found some chipped paint although they believed someone backed into me.

A Superior did an amazing job with repairs to our car. They had excellent communication and completely handled talking to insurance. They were also super flexible by holding onto our vehicle when the repairs were finished but we were out of town. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

My vehicle had extensive damage, so it took several months to repair. I really appreciated how much the team at Superior kept me updated and in the loop during the whole process - my only wish is that I had taken my car to them even earlier in the process. I picked up my vehicle looking as good as new - my jaw literally dropped. So happy with the work that they put in! I will definitely choose them again in the event of another unfortunate accident.

Constant updates and professional comunication. Ms Kelly was very helpful in getting me a ride to the rental car place. She has helped me arrange for me to leave the rental car return to leave it on the shop for pick up. It really made a lot of the process easy. Tee was equally professional and walked me through the process of the repair. He made sure my car was cleaned and charged when it was ready for pick up. Awesome team!
