They were friends, very polite. They took the time to explain every step. They answered any and all questions asked by myself and my sister. They took the time to write down the informationfor me too give me beable to get a rental card. They handled working with the driver at fault insurance company. Which was so very much appreciated. They called and kept me upsay evey 2 to 3 days on the progress of the work being done on my car. They even had me take the rental car back to them and they took care of getting it back to the car rental place. I have seen been to abody shop years ago and heard stories from other people that would make you think never again will I take my car there or recommend them to anyone. My car was 2026 I had it 3 months when it was side swiped. From the 1st time I walked in the door to the time I haned over the keys, I knew my car was in the right place. And even more so because the dealership where I punched the car highly recommended them. I was singing the praises to anyone I alked to about them. I could not have been more right. They treated both myself,my sister and my card with GREAT RESPECT. When I picked up my car it loved as if I was driving it of the car lot the day I pinionurchased it. It is my opinion that I couldn't have taken my card to a better body shop. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
