Hertz rentals continued to charge my credit card for doily rentals that you and the insurance company were redponsible for. Budget, Enterprise, or Thrifty do not have this stupid policy. If I ever bring another vehicle to you for repairs of any kind, do not give me a frickin hertz rental.
