Seressa was my main point of contact and unfortunately she was extremely unprofessional. I felt like I was at the DMV. Her attitude and lack of patience ruined the whole experience. She is rude, racist (only nice to white people from what I witnessed), and has no customer service skills. I've had her hang up on me and put her finger in my face. I don't appreciate that type of behavior when having expensive work done on my car. I'm trusting the shop with my vehicle and to have to speak with someone so awful is unacceptable. I do appreciate Tee for stepping in and making up for her behavior. Although I am disappointed that the car was returned with scratches and imperfections that I guarantee were not there before. I felt like my car was not handled with care. I also was expecting my car to be fully charged and washed as a courtesy. Picked Enterprise as mentioned they will take you to the rental place but I had to sit at the shop for 1 hr before someone came. 4/10 experience would not come back again.
