Jerry does an excellent job, and has always done so (I have been there before at least a couple of times I think). I have full confidence in him and his work.

Jerry, Arwen and Gary are very friendly and helpful in every way! Thank you! However, the communication between the workers is not so good (I let Arwen know we decided not to have Jerry do the trunk leak work at this time, but the message never got communicated to Jerry).
