Jim, was beyond patient with me, I had extreme anxiety due to being in my second wreck and in extreme pain. He navigated the insurance company for me and even advocated for me. My car.. that is another story, I do not think there are enough stars to enter. Beyond 5 stars, he did exactly what I said I wanted with the parts I wanted back on my truck.
