Picked up vehicle informed back up camera needed to be replaced not working. Went home tail light blinkers, running lights, brake light not functioning. Returned to repair shop ( loose connection). Do you not inspect vehicle before customer gets in?? Potential safety hazard on road with no tail lights

This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle to A-Z Tech and both times they had done an excellent job. They were consistent with communication and updates all along the way, they did a fantastic job on the repair, and the staff are all super pleasant folks. They quoted me a realistic time frame and were then able to complete my vehicle 5 days earlier than planned. Overall, I always have a great experience with this shop.
