They were very responsive and fixed my car perfectly, Catherine and Theo were amazing. The only thing was the first tech assigned to my car was not big in communication and delayed the process to get it fixed for a while so my car stayed a bit longer than needed at the shop, but Theo turned that around and got the car fixed quickly after he took over. Would definitely recommendz

Quality of work is excellent. However, I did not appreciate my truck sitting in the shop while waiting on back ordered parts. I do understand the reason behind it and it’s Geico’s requirement but I felt the nature of the damage didn’t warrant that step. Otherwise, I would give a 9.5

Van looks good. Upon closer inspection you can see paint chipping were tools were used for removing the front bumper
