The repair process took far longer than expected, with multiple promised completion dates missed. After delivery, the safety warning returned almost immediately, requiring another return to the shop. At this point I am concerned about whether the repair has been properly completed. I expect the vehicle to be restored to its pre-accident condition with all Toyota safety systems operating correctly.

At this time, I would not recommend A1 Body & Glass because my vehicle has still not been returned to me and the promised completion dates were not met. I cannot recommend a repair shop before the repair process is actually completed and the vehicle is delivered back to the customer.

Since the first contact with A1 Body & Glass I felt in good hands. There’s so much uncertainty after an accident and all my questions were answered promptly and with the best intention to ease my concerns by them. I want to thank Catherine and Jose for all they did to give me the best support and service with the fix of my car. I got messages to keep me posted and the vehicle was ready even before. At drop off I had a rental waiting (insurance covered) and at pick up my car was washed and detailing was done in the inside (A1 did this as part of their services). Always a smile and very professional. My vehicle looks like nothing happened! Thank you so much!

Jose has terrible understanding of customer satisfaction (aka) bad bedside manors not a detail oriented person. Tailgate craftsmanship shoty! Vehicle at dealership for a none work tailgate due two sensors that were never replace that were on the estimate that you got paid to r&r
