The job took double the amount of time promised. Some of that delay was due to an i ability to coordinate with the responsible insurance company for authorizations. This necessitated me called the insurance company on my own. The bumper they installed had an inoperable light. I had to make a return appointment to get it fixed. A1 should QA finished work before giving damaged goods back to the customer.
