Repairs on the rear bumper looked great. When I picked up the car I took a look at the rear bumper; however, the windshield was cracked badly. I immediately went back to the shop before I even drove 2 miles away. The windshield was cracked right down the middle with a lot of new chucks out of the windshield. When I left the shop they said it would be replaced. When I called to make the repair appointment with the glass shop they screamed at me that they would not repair the windshield. I have never been talked down to by a shop in my life. As a woman I would stay away. As an engineer, I know the tiny fracture in the corner had nothing to do with the massive fracture in the middle. Unfortunately when I picked up the car, I believe they were aware of the new fracture because they would not walk outside with me to look at it. Due to the heads up display in the car, I was fully aware of any small defects. Then the windshield guy told me it was likely due to washing the car. That must be some car wash. They will not call me back either. In no way was I hostile, but wow.
