The AI system ruins the experience. Take that out of the equation and I would have said 10 here.

Entire problem is with the AI phone service. It does not seem to share messages with staff and the automated quotes it did was completely wrong. I found it concerning that the local shop could not access and update that quote. I basically had to drive up to the local shop in order to talk to anyone about my car. I say get rid of the AI.
