I do wish things would have gone more quickly and smoothly.

The job took double the amount of time promised. Some of that delay was due to an i ability to coordinate with the responsible insurance company for authorizations. This necessitated me called the insurance company on my own. The bumper they installed had an inoperable light. I had to make a return appointment to get it fixed. A1 should QA finished work before giving damaged goods back to the customer.

Over the years II haven't found it necessary to have much body work done, but these guys are the best. They are professional, honest and reasonable, and the repair they did to my hood makes it look brand new. I highly recommend A1 for any body work.
