The work and courtesies were first rate. My badly damaged car was returned after a month in perfect condition. I could not ask for better service and courtesy, particularly since I had the benefit of a rental car paid for by my insurance.

The staff was unfailingly responsive and courteous. While I wish the car could have been repaired sooner, I believe the body shop did their best. I will always use ABC in the future, and will refer anyone who asks to ABC.

Hi. People were nice and communicative and helpful. Took a week longer than originally expected to make the small repairs and now we have to go back. There are spot that need to be buffed out still and chips of paint. The workers also left their garbage and drinks in the car.

You held the car for a week and a half longer than you said. Every time you said it was ready it wasn’t. You lied and said there was an estimate that was close to totaled and a/ that was a lie because State Farm said it was and b/ you were trying to get paid without actually doing any work. I had to rent a car because the car wasn’t ready for almost two weeks after you said it would be. The car was dusty because it had been sitting in your shop for so long and then you wanted me to wait another hour or two while you took it to the car wash which was next door. Your automated response said I picked the car up a full two days after I did.

ABC did an excellent job on my car, which now looks like new. They were also accurate in their exoectation about how long it would take, and immediately responsive when I called with questions. I highly recommend them for auto collision repair work.
