This was some of the best, most thoughtful and smart customer service I've had anywhere. The repair work was fantastic, but Kendra and Krystyna both worked to ensure I understood the process and the timing. Their communication was exceptional, which is not always the case today. Major kudos!

Krystyna is a wonderful representation of your establishment. Her over all care, professionalism but also relates to you on a personal level, helped Abra shine. In addition the work was done well and the vehicle was back in my possession sooner than the initial estimated finish time.

I commend all of them on the excellent job both in workmanship and communication. I was informed throughout the process on status and progress. Whenever there was a delay, I was told the reason and updated on potential finish date. This was the best customer service I've ever seen.
