Communication was poor. I had to reach out for updates and at some point the parts order was canceled. The Abra folks seemed like they were unaware of that. I was the one to have to figure out that the parts were available and only then did they realize the order had been canceled. How does that happen?

Work was fine but spent more than 6 months waiting for the repair being told parts were on back order. I had to contact the oem manufacturer to verify availability of the parts. When I told this to Abra, the then told me my order had been canceled at some point. Who know when I could have gotten the parts if the order had remained active.
